GAME RULES

Within the FCFHA, we will use modified USA Field Hockey rules as guidelines when playing our games. The rules can be found at : http://www.usfieldhockey.com/rules/playing.php

Game length for team vs. team will be 40 minutes (two 20 minute halves). Running time. 

Game length for jamborees will be 30 minutes per game. Running time
 
Players must be a resident of the town they will be playing for.

Every player must wear goggles, shin guards, and a mouth piece while playing in games or jamborees
